·       How do I manage my subscription?

o   You can use the link that was sent to your email when you set it up

o   You can log into your account with the email you used to set it up. Once you are logged in; click on your initial in the upper right corner and choose profile. Then you will click on the grey box that says, 'Manage Subscription'.

·       Can I change how often I receive my orders?

o   Yes. You can choose how often you want your products delivered - every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months. 

o   You can also change the frequency as it fits for you

·       When will I be charged?

o   You'll be charged automatically on your first order

o   For all reoccurring orders you be charged the date that it ships out - which will be the first of the month.

o   Reminder emails - we do not want you to be surprised so we will send out a reminder email a few days before your order is shipped out to give you time to make any changes if needed.

·       Can I skip a shipment?

o   Yes. If you have too much product, you can skip an upcoming order easily from your account dashboard.

·       Can I pause my subscription?

o   Absolutely. When you're ready to come back, you can reactivate it in just one click.

·       Can I swap the products I subscribed to?

o   Yes. You can swap for a different product or scent anytime. Just log into your account and swap your product.
