Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with our products, so if you are not please let us know and we will work with you.

If you are having a shipping issue, we ask you please reach out to your local USPS with your tracking number and see if they can help you first. Lost packages will be sent out again once it has been confirmed the package was lost.

Unfortunately, damaged products can happen even though we package them as careful as possible, please just shoot an email with a photo of the product, your order #, the item that broke, and your mailing address. We will gladly get you a replacement.
